The terms that apply when you shop on Niskufy, sell your store's products through it, or deliver for it.

01What Niskufy is
Niskufy is an online marketplace operated by Niskufy, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It shows you local stores near your address, takes your order to the store you choose, and arranges delivery. The goods are sold to you by that STORE — the store is responsible for what it sells (quality, expiry, labelling, GST invoice); Niskufy runs the platform, the order, the delivery and the support.
02Your account
You sign in with your mobile number (and a one-time code) or email. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from it. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of riders or store staff, or fake orders.
03Prices and availability
Each store sets its own prices. The price, MRP and stock you see are the store's, and your order records the exact amounts. If a store runs out of an item after you order, it may decline the order or you may be contacted — you are never charged for an item you did not receive.
04Delivery fee
Delivery is free from stores within 3 km of your address. From stores between 3 km and 5 km a delivery fee of ₹10 per extra km applies (at least ₹20); the exact fee is shown on the store and at checkout before you order. Stores farther than 5 km are not shown. Distance is measured from the store to your pinned address.
05Placing an order
An order is from one store. Once you place it the store has a short time to accept. You can cancel free of charge until the store accepts; after that the store may already be packing it, so please contact the store or Support.
06Paying
Cash on delivery is available — please keep the exact amount ready. Referral or wallet credit, if you have any, is applied before you pay and shown on the bill. Never pay anyone who asks for money outside the app in the name of Niskufy.
07Receiving your order
Each order has a 4-digit delivery code shown on your order. Give it to the rider (or the store's delivery person) only when you have your items. Check your items at the door; see the Cancellation & Refunds page for anything missing, damaged or wrong.
08Refer & earn
Share your referral code. When someone signs up with it and their first order is DELIVERED, you both get ₹50 in your Niskufy wallet (stores referring stores get it in their earnings). One reward per new person; rewards for fake accounts, self-referrals or cancelled orders are withdrawn. Wallet credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
09Selling on Niskufy (stores)
A store registers with its details, location, photos, owner's Aadhaar and PAN (and GSTIN if registered) and bank account, and goes live after our team verifies them. Stores list products from the Niskufy master catalogue and set their own price and stock; a product not in the catalogue is sent for approval and may be edited before it is added. For each delivered order Niskufy keeps a fee of ₹20, and when a Niskufy rider delivers, the rider's charge for that delivery is also deducted — both are shown on the order. The delivery fee paid by the customer is credited to the store. Earnings are settled to the store's bank account by the Niskufy team; every entry is listed under Earnings in the seller panel. Stores must hold the licences their goods need (for example FSSAI for food, a drug licence for medicines), sell only genuine, unexpired goods at or below MRP, and may not list prohibited items.
10Delivering for Niskufy (riders)
Riders are added by the Niskufy team with a mobile number and PIN, and are paid the charge set for each delivery. A rider must keep the customer's goods safe, follow traffic law, collect cash only as shown on the order, hand over only against the customer's delivery code, and never share customer details.
11Prohibited items and use
Alcohol, tobacco for minors, prescription medicines without a valid prescription, weapons, counterfeit or illegal goods may not be sold or ordered. You may not misuse the platform — fake orders, scraping, harassment of stores, riders or staff, or attempts to get around the delivery code.
12Our responsibility
We work to keep listings, stock and delivery times accurate, but they come from stores and real traffic. Delivery times shown are estimates. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it; nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Complaints and grievances: niskufy@gmail.com.
